There's no minimum order value β you can order even a single product. However, free delivery is available on orders above βΉ499. Orders below βΉ499 attract a standard delivery fee of βΉ49.

We offer a 7-day hassle-free return policy from the date of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice.

Greenwashing is when a brand misleadingly claims to be eco-friendly without genuine sustainable practices β for example, using the word "natural" on a product full of synthetic chemicals.
We prevent it by requiring verifiable documentation and third-party certifications for every claim. Our auditors make physical or virtual visits to manufacturing facilities where necessary. Any brand found misrepresenting itself is immediately removed from our platform.

Ecosthi charges a commission on each sale, which varies by product category (typically 8β15%). There's no upfront listing fee or monthly subscription for verified vendors.
